Pine- Berger has is completed the replacement of the sanitary sewer and services, and is currently installing the new storm sewer. The new water main has been installed is now being tested and disinfected for use. Upon receipt and approval of the test results ( possibly next week), Berger will begin transferring the individual water services for each home. The morning of the water service work, the contractor knock on your door and to notify you of the pending shutoff and give you ample time to use your water. The shutoff will last for 1-2 hours on average. Once installed, they will ask you to flush your system, and if no one is home, they will use an outside hose bib connection to flush the new service. If you have discolored water, please open your faucets and flush out the lines and the water should clear up.
