Pine Street: The concrete work, curbs and sidewalks, is complete. Berger will be grading the street in preparation of the asphalt paving, which will take place Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. Access to driveways will be restored when paving is complete. The Road will remain open during the weekend, to allow for deliveries and such, but please use the side streets we have designated for overnight parking. Please plan accordingly when coming and going on any day paving is taking place; residents may need to wait a few minutes or find a different route.

Restoration of lawns will be the last item to be completed and we should close out the project by the end of October.

Rollwind Road: Berger Excavating will be completing utility work this week. Next week, Berger Excavating is scheduled to begin road rehabilitation work. Access to driveway will be restricted at time and we will keep you posted as to the schedule of work.
